Our February speaker will be Political Science Professor Gianfranco Pasquino, who will lead a seminar entitled ""The Preacher And The Saviour: Giorgio Napolitano and Mario Monti". Join us at the Sala dell'Angelo, on Via San Mamolo 24, from 7:15 pm onwards.

- Vox@Bo editor, Alexa Sinel, is looking for submissions for the March newsletter. The theme is fear, such as scary situations one has experienced, what frightens one the most, or Italian/English expressions of fear. Please send your submission to newsletter@iwfbologna.com by February 20th.
- Check out the Photo Albums, where we just added pictures from the Holiday party and the Rambler hikes up to the Abbey of Montovolo and Monte delle Formiche.

Would you like to take part in one of our interest groups during the upcoming social year? Interest groups are a great way of meeting other IWF members and making new contacts within our group. Contact the Membership Team for more details, or contact the individual group leaders:
- Runners & Walkers-this Sunday's run is in Zola Predosa, KM 3-7-10, 21, starting 9am
- Professional Network-sign up for "Setting Smart Goals" on February 7, at 6 pm, in Cafe de Paris
- Coffee Morning-drop by on Wednesdays in the Sala Borsa, starting 10:30 am
- Job Bank-English language tutor needed for a high schooler
- Book Club-will meet February 23 to discuss "The Marriage Plot" by Jeffrey Eugenides
- Ramblers-join the hike in Pratomagno, set for March 9-11
- Diners Club-will dine on Greek food at To Steki on February 8 at 8:30 pm
- Language XChange-details of fall activity are on-line
- TTT-Baby Book Club meets on February 12 at 10am, the reading theme will be Valentine's Day
- Kocktailklatsch-next meet-up to be scheduled
- Community Service-The Association "Amici di Piazza Grande" is collecting blankets for the homeless
- Film Fans-stay tuned for a posting of the next movie
