IWF Green 10th Anniversary Party The IWF will be celebrating its 10th anniversary with a special all-female birthday bash with an eco-theme. Join us at the Enoteca Tuata from 18:00 to 20:00 with live music by Irene Robbins and John Serry.
This event is made possible thanks to the efforts of our 10th anniversary committee and the generous contributions of numerous
sponsors.
The GREEN DIGITAL PHOTO CONTEST is now underway. Submissions are being accepted via e-mail from February 26th to March 20th. Consult the IWF forum to read the RULES FOR ENTRY. All members are encouraged to participate in this fun event for the chance to win fantastic eco-prizes!
The February edition of the IWF newsletter vox@bo is available for download from the newsletter page. Thank you to editor Liz Kaplan, designer Ali Zappacosta and contributing authors for another great issue.
The IWF is pleased to announce that Tecnobios Prenatale, a private women's health clinic, has joined our membership discount program, offering a 15% discount on all services to IWF members. Women should state membership in the IWF when making an appointment and present their IWF membership card at the time of payment.
Congratulations to IWF member and Bologna Inside Editor Andrea Vogt for her impressive byline in The Daily Beast, Tina Brown's hot online journal/blog. Andrea's piece "Sex and Murder in Italy" (co-written with Newsweek's Barbue Nadeau) can be read at
www.thedailybeast.com. Andrea's work has also been featured recently in Italy's Panorama magazine.
